Registration

• Please let us know before January 20, 2023 if you intend to join us.

• Each participant must register for the European Prayer Summit through Eventbrite.

• A password is required and can be requested from the organizers.

• If you want to stay at the host hotel (the Bucharest Crowne Plaza), we have a block of rooms available for our group. Each person must contact the hotel directly to make their individual reservations (https://www.cpbucharest.ro/en). Be sure to tell them you are with the European Prayer Summit to get our flat room rate.

• Conference Fee: 50 euros / $ 55 per person to cover the rental of the conference room and the equipment needed for the gathering (to be paid by cash or check on site).

• Each participant provides for their own transportation, accommodations and expenses.

Logistics:

• The European Prayer Summit will take place at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Bucharest: Poligrafiei 1, Bucharest 013704 Romania, + 40-372-135000

• Rooms are available at a discounted rate: Crowne Plaza Hotel's special group rates

• A group rate of 111 euros / $ 115 per room / per night has been arranged (tax included), for either a standard room with 2 Twin beds or 1 Queen bed, in double occupancy.

• If you want to share a room with someone, it will be 55.5 euros / $ 57.5 per person / night (tax included).
