The Chronicle of the European Prayer Forum

Timisoara, Romania 23-27 November 2009

Under the leadership of Ioan Peia, Romania and Ian Cole, United Kingdom

(When scripture is included in this report note that it is not an addendum, but is what was read, taught, proclaimed during the time of the Forum.)

Following the 2009 Continental Prayer Forum held in Timisoara, Romania, and during the beginning stages of processing the activity of the Forum, the following verses from Jeremiah Chapter 1 were brought forward (particularly v5, v7, and v10).

Jer 1:4 Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Jer 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations."

Jer 1:6 Then I said, "Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I do not know how to speak, for I am only a youth."

Jer 1:7 But the LORD said to me, "Do not say, 'I am only a youth'; for to all to whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.

Jer 1:8 Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you, declares the LORD."

Jer 1:9 Then the LORD put out his hand and touched my mouth. And the LORD said to me, "Behold, I have put my words in your mouth.

Jer 1:10 See, I have set you this day over nations and over kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant."

These verses demonstrate a scriptural picture of what the Lord called the Watchmen to Timisoara to be part of. We declared that the Lord is Sovereign over all (all the earth, the entire continent, and all that takes place therein). The Lord knew each of the Watchmen long before they gathered together in Timisoara. During the days in Timisoara the Watchmen were appointed by the Lord as intercessors over the nations of the Continent, along with certain global areas. The Watchmen were led into prophetic acts of proclamation, praise, and prophetic intercession. Plucking (by the roots or rooting) out sin and destructive attitudes and behaviors, breaking them apart and destroying them, was part of tearing down demonic strongholds over individuals and the nations.

Coming against was but part of the Kingdom work. Building up, and planting fresh anointing in people and nations, was a major part of Timisoara 2009. Jeremiah was prepared and called to bring a message of destruction, but this tearing down was foreshadowing the Lord’s work of reconstruction and restoration. Stronghold’s across the nations and the continent were assaulted and plucked out. The proclamation of God’s Word and His prophetic words were used to build and to plant.

(We note that approximately 70% of those in attendance in Timisoara were ‘young people’.)

Isa 55:10 "For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater,

Isa 55:11 so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

The fullness of the work of the Kingdom at the prayer forum is being lived out in hearts and actions of all who attended. This is each attendee’s witness. Please note the personal testimonies at the conclusion of the chronicle.

Day 1

The Day of Protocols

The Forum was held in Agape Church. This location proved to be most strategic as there was a unity of spirit between this host church, its staff, and the needs of the prayer forum. This greatly facilitated the work of the Holy Spirit during the days ahead. Early in the day prior to the arrival of most of the delegates there was continual prayer in the church to prepare the way of the Lord and for those in attendance.

In these hours prior to the opening of the Forum many reunited with brothers and sisters from around the globe in fellowship in the Lord. The unity of the Body of Christ was visibly demonstrated. We were all to experience this unity as the week progressed.

Worship and praise called the Watchmen together. We were reminded not to rush ‘in the Spirit’ but to have our lips cleansed in preparation for ascending the hill of the Lord.

On this day the three pillars of the Forum were presented:

1. Proclamation – the reading of the entire word of God – 24 hours a day in the high place of the church. The Word of God was preeminent over all that took place.
   

2. Praise and worship -24 hours a day.
   

3. Prophetic prayer and intercession – during the days and evenings in the larger sanctuary.
   

A welcome was extended to the nations and the host nation with the clarion call that all were here to come before the Lord over significant issues at a critical point in time. “You have been called to ascend the hill of the Lord, but you can only do this with clean hands and a pure heart. We can bow to no idols of government and must declare that Jesus is Lord of the Continent.”

We were challenged to declare that Jesus is Lord! from all corners of the Continent. Welcome Jesus here, the King of Glory! The shofars were blown to welcome Him, the King of all nations.

Psalm 24 The earth is the LORD's and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein, for he has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers. Who shall ascend the hill of the LORD? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the LORD and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. Selah. Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD, strong and mighty, the LORD, mighty in battle! Lift up your heads, O gates! And lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory! Selah

Each in their language proclaimed the prayer that Jesus taught us (His disciples).

There was a challenge to be fully aware of the personal responsibility toward holiness to approach this week and the participation as a representative of the King of Kings before others.

Romans 12:1-2 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

The nations were then asked to present themselves to the Romanian believers, the Romanian church leadership, and the Romanian Forum leadership to establish biblical lines of protocol and authority. The teaching concerning protocols was presented by Bret Ridley from Australia. It was illustrated with the vivid imagery of many of the island peoples who understand the protocol and practice it. The local body of Christ welcomed all with the visible act of sharing bread sprinkled with salt.

This bread was unlike the bread of the Lord’s Supper. It was a symbol of true hospitality and welcome. The assembled watchmen were now aligned as a unified body of Christ. It was declared that Jesus is Lord of the days ahead. The Continental Prayer forum 2009 was convened and being prepared for the work in the Spirit of the living God that was ahead.

Day 2

Jesus is Lord! Beginning the proclamation! A day of anointing!

Colossians 1:15-20 He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities - all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.

Psalm133:1-3 Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! It is like the precious oil on the head, running down on the beard, on the beard of Aaron, running down on the collar of his robes! It is like the dew of Hermon, which falls on the mountains of Zion! For there the LORD has commanded the blessing, life forevermore.

He is commanding blessing to come down. On each one here, on families, on cities, on countries, on the Continent.

The first evening of Proclamation of the Word has been completed. Worship and praise continued throughout the night and early morning. The Watchmen assembled for praise and worship together in the sanctuary. As the Watchmen worshiped it was declared that Jesus is here. Sing to Him. Don’t close anything, leave everything open. Sing a love song to Jesus. Sing over the continent so He will be glorified. There is supremacy in Jesus that must be declared.

We were brought to proclaim that Jesus is Lord and to understand that this proclamation would crescendo unto the closing of the Forum. When we speak or proclaim that “Jesus is Lord” something leaves us, but we receive something from God that is more powerful. The blowing of the shofar declared as well, “Jesus is Lord.” We were admonished “. . . “to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” The fullness of God can fill us.

When we gather, and discern the conditions of our nations, and the conditions of the Continent and the world we truly must understand that Jesus is Lord over all of it. Over what is wrong, and over what is righteous, in season and out of season He is Lord. He is Lord over whatever! We must not live under the circumstances – we must intercede to the One who is above all circumstances.

All of this declaration was to lay a foundation from which the Presence of the Lord would be welcomed. There came the declaration that there is no other God, "You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor there be any after me. I, I am the LORD, and besides me there is no savior.” Isaiah 43:10-11

This day we were asked to pray for a young three-year-old girl diagnosed with terminal cancer. Jesus is Lord! was proclaimed over her and her parents. This time of prayer released a prophetic prayer for the physical and spiritual healing of the children of the continent. “Speak Lord, for your (young) servants hear”, was declared prophetically seeking the Lord to speak to the young even the children throughout the continent as he did with young Samuel. This prayer time ushered in a time of healing prayer for men on the continent and for men in attendance.

This was a day of anointing; it was proclaimed that there is life in the blood of Jesus and healing in the blood of Jesus. Delegates were invited to receive this anointing. Many asked for healing prayer. Throughout the remainder of the forum many testified that they did receive physical healing.

The evening session began with a time of worship and a time of blessing and praying over the worship team. We once again declared Jesus is Lord! over the Continent. When we declare that Jesus is Lord in unity it tears down demonic strongholds that divide. This was declared from the north, south, east, and west. It was noted that the smallest number of delegates to the Forum were from the western countries of the continent. Intercession was made over these countries, not for the purpose of increasing delegate attendance, but for the fire of revival and awakening to visit the western countries of the continent.

Ian Cole declared that the demons in hell quake when the saints of God clap their hands. This declaration was followed with an amazing time of clapping and sounding the shofar in worship. A sound came forth from the Spirit.

Prophetic prayer was offered to pray against the spirit of Islam and to pray for the Muslim people to the end of a breakthrough in the love of Christ to the people of Islam who are open and searching for spiritual truth. This was prayer for a Damascus road experience for Muslim people. This prayer was against the spirit of Islam, not the Muslim people.

Ioan Peia declared to us that in the kingdom of darkness there is no life. We waste life when we connect to the kingdom of darkness and evil. We must take back what the enemy has stolen from us and be restored to the work of the Kingdom of God. God will require accountability for all that we do. We must act out of love and to create a desert place for the works of satan in our lives and in the continent. We waste too much strength seeking the worldly and satanic. We need to be revived from weakness into strength. We must seek forgiveness for wasting this strength in the works of darkness.

Pastor Daniel, the senior pastor of the host church greeted us and welcomed all. His warm welcome and attitude toward the prayer forum were greatly used by God to foster the spirit of unity as the three pillars of proclamation, praise, and the prophetic were established.

Day 3

Shalom/Peace and much more!!

Proclamation of His Word and praise and worship continued throughout the night into this third day.

The nations on this day gathered and honored Israel. Jewish believers received prayer and prayed prophetically a declaration that Jesus is Messiah to all on the continent. It was noted that there were 36 years of praise continually offered before the Temple was built in Jerusalem. This was a Holy task that the Levites carried out. We are challenged in the nations to have the same perseverance in praise and worship and intercession over the continent. We must not give up, we must press into the leading of the Holy Spirit. Repentance for the persecution of Jews and for the rejection of Jews was declared. Helene Bos from Holland declared, “When Israel recognizes Jesus as the Messiah the root of Islam will be broken.” We must love Israel and the Jewish people and expect nothing. Our love must be unconditional. We were also reminded that our unconditional love must be demonstrated to the Muslim people. We keep praying for the revelation of truth to the Muslim world about Jesus the Messiah, and the Lord God Jehovah.

Those with Jewish roots gathered together in the center of the sanctuary and the congregation declared the pouring out of the water of the spirit – a symbolic washing in the Spirit

We declared this verse of scripture in the sanctuary in many languages, amplified through the PA system and with the blowing of the shofar declaring JESUS is the only way. ”Thomas said to Him, Lord, we do not know where You go, and how can we know the way? Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but by Me.” John 14:5-6

On this day a dramatic presence of the Lord flowed into the prayer tower where the Word was proclaimed. The testimonies attest to the Holiness of the Presence as all in the tower were brought prostrate on the floor. This presence was then apparent in the chapel worship as well. Then the presence was in the main sanctuary. As the proclamation, praise, and the prophetic were operating the Glory of the Lord came near.

The Welsh brought forth a word concerning the need to open old wells of revival and the linking of heaven with earth in the outpouring of revival. Do not dismiss the old. God is not done with it yet. Historically the spirit and reality of many revivals has begun in Wales. Prophetically the Spirit of Revival needs to be imparted to the Continent. Specifically, while being led in praise and worship by traditional Romania music and musicians, there was an impartation of the anointing for revival to Romania.

This was a day with prophetic prayer and release over women in the continent. Repentance for the abuse and neglect of women in the body of Christ released an anointing for the healing of such wounds and the authoritative sending forth of women to take their place of honor in the body of Christ. (The testimony pages reflect the real nature of this healing and release.) ‘Freedom’ was a word echoing through the conference hall as women received this ministry and release. This proclamation and freedom was declared across the continent.

Ioan Peia shared a vision of a newborn baby. The newborn is filled with life. The Lord wants to bring forth life, life that will grow that leads to freedom. There is a new season. New things never done in the past will be done.

We had a season of thanks to the Lord. Thanks for the new things God is doing.

Peter Bos reminded us all that the blessing of the women in the continent was significant. There will still be many unable to fully receive this blessing because there are some men that they can still not trust. The men in families and leadership must be ones who change and bring trust back.

In the evening Pastor Daniel shared a prophecy concerning water (rain). The Lord wants us to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Glory to the Father! Glory to the Son! Glory to the Spirit!

We declared once again that Jesus is Lord! This ushered in a Time of Decision. This was a personal time and a prophetic time of praying salvation across the continent. Repentance from evil practice and lifestyle. The Lord is calling believers to seek holiness personally, and to call the believers across the continent to holiness. It is a time of decision! This was a time of prayer for unsaved loved ones. A time of prayer for the cutting off of bondages. There came a brief vision of a sword touching our loved ones and saying wake up! Wake up you prodigal nations! Stand up for it is a time of decision.

Ioan Peia gave a personal testimony of the prayer and fasting movement that he and two other brothers have been led of the Lord to pursue. Recently there was a brief parting of the three. Ioan left one conference, but under the direction of the Holy Spirit was called to return immediately. “If you love them, go back to them!” The declaration to the forum was for each of us to give thanks for all things, regardless of the circumstances, and to remember that Jesus is Lord who loves us! Many of us perhaps need to return to something we have left in the past, and reconcile differences and move on in unity rather than division.

Each one here is a person sent by God. There is Tsunami brewing. We need time to fellowship with one another in preparation for what lies ahead. We are crucified with Christ; it is no longer I that live, but Christ in me! Even though we may judge correctly the sleepiness of the churches, and the lack of spiritual wholeness, we own nothing, and must operate our lives and ministries out of the Love of Christ, in the anointing of love. If you love them you may need to go back!

Day 4

Jesus is Lord! For Real!! A crescendo to the week!!!

Worship and praise began earlier today; there was a sweet presence of the Lord flowing in the sanctuary.

We were introduced to three Christian police officers. They all belong to the Christian police association in Romania. One of these brothers is the president of this association. There are now 500 police officers in this association and they are praying for 5000 over the next few years. This was a significant introduction at the beginning of the day for the end of the day centered on a documentary video of the transforming impact that police officers in Sao Paulo, Brazil are having.

Romans 13:1-7 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, for he is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer. Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid God's wrath but also for the sake of conscience. For because of this you also pay taxes, for the authorities are ministers of God, attending to this very thing. Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed.

When we pray at this level we should expect results! We do not proclaim this in any sense of spiritual superiority, but in recognition of the calling to intercession by the Lord of hosts on behalf of the work of His Kingdom in the nations and globally. That is why we are here. Jesus is Lord over the continent. In Romania we were in the middle of the continent and were called to intercede for governmental actions (Copenhagen) and spiritual searching (Mecca). Timisoara was on a straight line between each of these. The international news media report today on the unusual rain in and around the area of Mecca. Roads and bridges were adversely affected. Jesus is Lord! For Real! He hears our intercession. Something is going on there from God the Father not a false god. When we pray we should expect to see in the news media God’s hand at work following our intercession.

Psalm 121:1-8 I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

We are here to pray. We must pray for the pillars of society in each nation of the continent,. Intercession must be made for the governments including the police officers and military units of each nation, Jesus is Lord over this!

Bret Ridley encouraged us to give thanks individually to God. There is power in doing this. Today we want to praise God as well. We must be still and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to us. Be still and allow the Spirit to minister to us. We next prayed and praised God individually.

Ioan Peia declared that across the continent Jesus is being worshipped. We are here in the middle – exalt the name of Jesus – pray a prayer for the release of the Holy Spirit to worship. Proclaim freedom in the name of Jesus.

Psalm 2:1-12 Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD and against his Anointed, saying, "Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us." He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying, "As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill." I will tell of the decree: The LORD said to me, "You are my Son; today I have begotten you. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron and dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel." Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

Jesus is the King of Kings. The crescendo is that Jesus is Lord! For real!! We proclaimed that Jesus is Lord over all the rulers of all the nations. Nations were named and leaders were named and declared that they are subjects of the King of Kings. One might say we were leading cheers, but we were not. We were declaring to all authority that Jesus is Lord, and this declaration will be taken across the continent and the world in power. As Moses carried a staff of authority we proclaim with authority He is Lord.

A vision was brought forth concerning Southern Italy. A fire is falling in the south of Italy. (This parallels prayer yesterday on behalf of Italy.) The fire of God is going to come and change Rome. This will lead to the Gospel of Jesus coming in humility (on our knees) which will lead to the power of the Holy Spirit falling on the brothers and sisters in Roma. Jesus will be revealed.

It was then noted that here is some shame. For we are to be the salt of the earth but if the saltiness is lost, the salt is worthless and must be thrown out. One of the brothers then saw a picture of the Holy Bible opened and new salt poured over it to restore the effectiveness of the proclamation through His people who truly are the salt of the earth.

Helene Bos presented the summary of her research concerning the historical developments leading up to the Copenhagen Conference on global climate issues. Her documentation is available from Ioan Peia. It is recommended that as many as can digest this information and distribute it throughout the prayer movement contacts around the world. This is a world global struggle against the principalities and powers of darkness. The dark truth is hidden in an agenda of global climate and ecological concerns. We prayed! Some are called to pray in Copenhagen. We prayed for the leaders of nations coming to the conference to receive the truth and not be deceived and, to break with the powers associated with their own rise to leadership.

Jesus is Lord of the nations! On this day we heard reports from some of the nations (Russia, Ukraine, Caucasus’ region).

Brother Michael Kuznetsov reported concerning Russia. He stated that in 2005 the word received was that if the Church is not repenting, building unity and did not turn to Israel and honor Israel, Russia would return to a country of forced labor. Prayer and fasting conferences have been held in 33 locations with approximately 1000 churches involved. The believers are declaring that Jesus is Lord and the time of the destroyer is over. People will be set free. The era or the gulag would be buried with satan. The churches in Russia are taken ownership of the work of the Kingdom. It is theirs to do. They are not to rely on other nations. According to Michael there are thousands of new churches across Russia. Natural birth rates are increasing where they decreased dramatically under communism. Abandoned chidren are being cared for and placed in foster care. Legislation against corruption has been passed in parliament. Gambling has been curbed and limited to three areas of the nations – it is diminishing nationwide.

There was more. This brief outline demonstrates the power of intercession. There will be fruit when we pray. Michael asked the nations of the continent to pray for the following: unity in the Church, national repentance, breakthrough for churches that are separated by their own divisive doctrine, pray against the spirit of communism rising again – there is no other major political opposition. Recognition by the political leaders and other governmental leaders the legitimate status of churches that are not Orthodox.

Sister Albotova Dzhandet from the Caucus’s region shared her report and showed a documentary video of the work of the Holy Spirit across this region. In this predominantly Muslim region the people are like sheep without a shepherd. She asked us to pray for unity of the believers. The believers come from many churches and ethnic groups. There are hundreds of these various groups. Within the seven regions of the Caucus’s, there is a yearly prayer conference and prayer walking across the land. One of the dramatic pictures of restoration was shared concerning a high place. During the Nazi era the Nazi flag was soaked in the blood of some of the 12000 Jews who were killed in the region. That flag was then placed on Elbrus, the highest mountain top in the region – a symbol of the demonic rule and control of evil over the entire continent. As an act of repentance and remission the same journey was taken by believers to reclaim the high place and proclaiming that Jesus is Lord over the region. A literal stronghold was torn down. In 2014 the winter games of the Olympics will be held in Soci. The demonic spirit behind the games needs to be torn down. What has been gained can not be lost. There is a call to come pray before this world event takes place.

We next heard from Messianic Rabbi Andrey Lugovskyi from the Ukraine. He is the assistant Rabbi in the Messianic congregation of Kiev which numbers over 1000. He shared the double vision of this congregation: salvation of the Jews, and the relationship of the Messianic believers with the Church. They have hosted several pastors’ conferences to help establish this unity in the Body of Messiah. They have 1000 people involved in continual prayer and fasting towards the goals of the vision God has given them.

Pastor Oleg Sherbakov from the Ukraine shared next. He has been a pastor for 15 years. Their congregation is approximately 1000 believers. Over the past 15 years they have also planted 30 additional churches. Brother Oleg stated enthusiastically that he is so happy to be alive during these times. In the past 20 years there are over 10,000 new evangelical churches. It is a time of revival. But, they see this as preparation for a huge move of the Holy Spirit in revival. As pastors are free to move and preach in the Holy Spirit there is an unleashing of the fire for revival. Why this blessing? The Church has been embracing the Jewish people. Many Jewish pastors report deliverance and healing taking place. This outpouring and unity is incredible to experience. The Ukrainian brothers asked that the Holy Spirit impart to all of us the same spirit of unity and revival.

Early in the evening we received word that the young girl is now resting in the arms of Jesus. We proclaim the Lordship of Jesus over all circumstances of life. She is alive in Jesus. We experienced, we believe, an angelic presence as we worshiped. Beyond our own voices there was incredible volume praising God as we declared Alleluia!

We were reminded of the magnitude of the results of the increase in the Kingdom. During the time frame of our worship, there were 7500 who gave their lives to Christ somewhere in the world. In the Middle East Muslims are coming to Jesus daily. Over 12,000 are being baptized daily in India, the Holy Spirit is released in the Ukraine, Russia is seeing the work of His hand. There are more believers alive today than anytime in history. One of the realities of this increase is that the continent is experiencing the smallest amount of this increase. Yet, we proclaim that Jesus is Lord over each country on the continent. This is why we are here. We are in the middle of the largest world prayer movement ever. We are in the center of it continentally. While most other religions have a culture of prayer we tend to have an occasional prayer meeting. We are challenged in our home contexts to declare that Jesus is Lord continually – proclaim the Kingdom of God over the kingdom of the world.

There was an outpouring of prayer for the release of men into the prayer movement to take a place they had left vacant in the past. Now may both men and women be in unity to intercede on behalf of the Continent and to see an increase in the building of the Kingdom of God as they accept the need to be part of a culture of prayer? The men built a warrior wall and loudly declared that Jesus is Lord! This declaration was to be heard from Ireland to Russia, from Malta to Greece. Jesus is Lord! For real!! Men from the various nations who had once fought against one another or are the descendants of those who did stood together in unity as a front of warriors declaring that Jesus is Lord!!!

We watched the Sentinel Group documentary of the deep move of the Spirit of God that is redeeming parts of Sao Paulo, Brazil through the prayer and work of redeemed men and women who work in law enforcement. The Alpha and Omega TV was able to place Romanian subtitles on the video so all could understand this transformation message. This was a deep moment on this last evening in the sanctuary. We were privileged to have the president of the Romania Christian police officers fellowship in attendance. There are currently 500 Christian Police in Romania who are involved in this fellowship. They are praying for 5000. Prayer was offered for these men standing in for all the law enforcement officers on the continent who are believers. We prayed they would be brought together in unity and be part of future transformation stories.

We were assembled together in the sanctuary while the last chapters of the Bible were proclaimed from the prayer tower. We read together Revelation 22.

Day 5

Beulah!

The praise continued throughout the night. The worship and praise leaders and instruments were all assembled together for this last day of the Forum.

A vision that had been received a month earlier showing all the continents lifted up and crying out. Beulah (named by some Europe) as a continent was seen first. Some continents were willing while others were hesitant, but eventually all the continents were raised up into the heavenlies. All the continents danced in a circle. All were crying for mercy. All the stars cried out – one particular star was bigger than the rest. People were viewed and some were dressed in black and some were dressed in white. Lord have mercy and compassion! Do not judge the righteous with the wicked. The vision lasted for about five hours. This is about a season of judgment from God.

The understanding or interpretation is that the continent Beulah has a role to play. We have a call to all nations. Let us begin pleading together for mercy! We must begin to act as if we truly are married to the Lord!

Beulah

Married, is used in Isa 62:4 metaphorically as the name of Judea: “Thy land shall be married,” i.e., favored and blessed of the Lord.

It was stated that earlier in history the Continent was married and in love with God (the best part of marriage). Now the continent is either angry or indifferent with God (the worst part of marriage). The Continent is returning to being married to the Lord as in Isaiah 62. And there is going to be a wedding feast a party! It is prophetic that many of the Romanian watchmen and two of the international watchmen attended a Romanian wedding the next day, and it was a lengthy celebration as the Bridegroom received his Bride!

Isaiah 62-65 were declared over the nations of the continent.

Isaiah 62:1-7 “For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not be quiet, until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, and her salvation as a burning torch. The nations shall see your righteousness, and all the kings your glory, and you shall be called by a new name that the mouth of the LORD will give. You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

You shall no more be termed Forsaken, and your land shall no more be termed Desolate, but you shall be called My Delight Is in Her, and your land Married (Beulah); for the LORD delights in you, and your land shall be married.

For as a young man marries a young woman, so shall your sons marry you, and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you. On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have set watchmen; all the day and all the night they shall never be silent. You who put the LORD in remembrance, take no rest, and give him no rest until he establishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise in the earth.”

We must stretch our hand for mercy not judgment. The Lord is waiting for a decision on our part. Will we accept His call? The Continent must accept that we are married to the Lord. May the Lord delight in our land. We proclaim revival from East to West from South to North. There is going to be a wedding feast. There is going to be a party –and we did celebrate.

The Menorah was brought forward. Two things were proclaimed. One, there must be unity of the body in the continent, and secondly we must never forget our roots as Christian believers.

We paused here and asked for the watchmen to write out their feedback and testimonies of the Lord’s work during the week. The testimony pages are attached at the end of this report.

The assembly now proclaimed the Word of God as each person read a portion of scripture so that the entire Bible was proclaimed as we began to come to the close of the Forum. We all read Revelation 22: 20,21 in unison.

On this day one of the worship leaders was given a new song, “I want to be a watchman on my knees, presenting my soul and my land into His hand.” This ushered in a time blessing, anointing, and sending forth the young watchmen into the continent and the world. Revelation 22:21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with all of you. Amen. Judges 6:12 And the Angel of Jehovah appeared to him, and said to him (Gideon), Jehovah is with you, mighty warrior.

These scriptures were declared over the assembled young warriors from the continent. Two of the Romanian young men were charged with planting the anointed Romanian flag on the highest peak in Romania in the name of Lord to proclaim that Jesus is Lord here.

Ioan Peia issued a challenge from the events surrounding Abraham and Isaac. We may ask, “What can I give?” We must respond, “To God I have no choice but to give my best.” We must be willing to present our bodies as living sacrifices. We must understand that God can and will provide. Isaac totally trusted his father. We must totally trust the Father.

The young people came forth and repented of their rebellion toward their physical fathers, and also their spiritual fathers. There was a party to celebrate as reconciliation released the young with the blessing of their elders.

1Corinthians 11:23-29 For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, "This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me." In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me." For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes. Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty concerning the body and blood of the Lord. Let a person examine himself, then, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment on himself.

The assembly shared Holy Communion in the Lord, praised God, and departed to the nations.
