In these times our God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit of God is the only answer for the difficulties all are facing in the world. The statement of purpose, NO AGENDA OF MAN … BUT WAITING ON THE HOLY SPIRIT, was the key that opened the forum to Almighty God to have His way, share His burdens, lead us in His divine strategies during the 5 days of the forum. Jesus was the sole Super Star! There were 250 participants on average for each day. Of this number 38 were participants from 23 nations including Romania. Those who were between the ages of 18-25 were half in attendance.

Day 1 November 24

In this time of shaking the Church is called to sow the good news of the Kingdom of God.

On this day was proclaimed Hosea 10:12

“Sow for yourselves righteousness; reap steadfast love; break up your fallow ground, for it is the time to seek the LORD, that he may come and rain righteousness upon you.”

Also proclaimed was Ezekiel 36:26-36

“And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the LORD, declares the Lord GOD, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes. I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleanness, and from all your idols I will cleanse you. And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. You shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God. And I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. And I will summon the grain and make it abundant and lay no famine upon you. I will make the fruit of the tree and the increase of the field abundant, that you may never again suffer the disgrace of famine among the nations. Then you will remember your evil ways, and your deeds that were not good, and you will loathe yourselves for your iniquities and your abominations. It is not for your sake that I will act, declares the Lord GOD; let that be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel. "Thus says the Lord GOD: On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt. And the land that was desolate shall be tilled, instead of being the desolation that it was in the sight of all who passed by. And they will say, 'This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.' Then the nations that are left all around you shall know that I am the LORD; I have rebuilt the ruined places and replanted that which was desolate. I am the LORD; I have spoken, and I will do it.”

A good seed was to be sown in the hearts of all participants from the nations. As the Lord works the unploughed ground in the hearts of His people and works some of the hearts of the participants anew, the seeds that were planted would take root and bear fruit. During this time there was a prophetic call for the healing of any divisions between any participants and the churches in the body of Christ. This was to cleanse the soil to receive the seed that would bear fruit. Suddenly the Holy Spirit proclaimed a call for physical healing to be released which was later testified in at least three testimonies. The Holy Spirit described in detail what kind of healing is done in the hall.

Along with this, after a few seconds, came the leading of the Holy Spirit for a trumpet call to be released over the continent for repentance and holiness. Ian Cole had been called to do this over the continent as has been done seven times in the past three years in the UK. Ian Cole stated that when God called him to blow the trumpet over the UK three confirmations were received in a short period of time.

Concerning blowing the trumpet over the Continent Ian stated he would not reject the call, but needed to wait for confirmation. Over the next two days, confirmation came in the testimony of physical healings from two sisters, one from Romania – Mariana Soare, and one from Kazakhstan – Nazym Yerimbetova, and one brother from the USA.

The Holy Spirit instructed sister Nazym to come to the prayer forum in order to receive healing.

As the healings were announced by the Holy Spirit of God it is to be confirmed that the trumpet call over the continent is also from the Holy Spirit of God.

All delegates have been challenged to decide: if you are not serious about pressing into the presence of God don't come back tomorrow. It appeared that no one resisted this. The number of people attending increased daily.

Day 2 November 25

Rowing together in the ship of the Lord from the islands in the West to the East.

There was a time of intense worship calling in the Presence of God. Doug Sprague from the USA asked on behalf of the international community permission from the Church in Romania to speak the words from God in their nation. Ioan Peia asked the Romanians to give this permission. This permission was given fulfilling the biblical protocol to knock on the door, but to break down the door. As the internationals were invited into the community of Romanian believers so did the Holy Spirit of God come through the opened door.

Following the protocol of blessing Ian Cole from the UK shared more concerning the blowing of the Trumpet over the UK illustrating the needs of the UK and the world that need the clear call of the Trumpet to declare the coming of Lord of each land for repentance and holiness.

Ezekiel 22 was cited (by Doug Sprague) not only in its context of the Lord speaking to the nation of Israel and its sin, but specifically to the USA as a summary of the sins of the nation, that God sees them as the dross in the process of refining, and that the priests, the prophets, and the rulers have or are committing adulterous idolatry. This was shared to demonstrate the need to depend on the Lord and not on man or government, and to sow the seeds of the Kingdom of God in a time of shaking to produce repentance and holiness leading to revival and evangelism in each nation

Next followed a time of prophetic prayer for the nation of India. This was done in coordination with thousands of prayer sites in other nations, all praying for India at the same time. It was 12:00 in Romania and 17:00 in New Delhi. This precedes by one day the terror attacks in India. Reports suggest that there was a target number of 5000 to be killed by the terrorists. The prophetic prayer on this second day of the forum and around the world is believed to have halted more bloodshed than planned by the enemy.

Next was a time of prayer for China. This prayer was directed toward the movement of China emerging in a position of world leadership economically and politically. Prophetic it was declared in prayer that the underground Church would emerge as well and an opening of freedom to worship and evangelize would follow. A warning was issued that there is a danger in this movement. As the nation gains status economically the nation and the Church could turn to mammon and away from the Lord God Jehovah.

A testimony from China about two sisters who after two years of intercession and work for the Kingdom of God planted 29 new churches. When asked about this work they felt somewhat ashamed that they had done so little. However, the churches ranged from 300-5000 in size. This was additional testimony that during a time of shaking it is the best time for evangelism and blowing the Trumpet for revival.

It came forth that both India and China will be the main pillars of the Church in the world.

The next time of declaring the Lordship of God was a time of prayer for Russia.

Russia is seen as a referee in the economical and political arenas of both the continent and the world. This is demonstrated in the power that Russia now holds controlling both the generation of and the supply of energy to much of the continent. There was prayer for the protection over Russia government and the country would not return to a dictatorship. As a wall of separation may exist between the Church in Russia and the rest of the continent it was prayed that the wall of separation be torn down in the spirit. This prompted a call of prayer for unity within the worldwide church.

As a balance of power between western and eastern nations Russia was seen as the pivot point in a shift of emphasis and emergence from west to east politically and religiously.

Scripture referenced came after from Isaiah 42: 10 and 20. “Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.”

A boat was seen as going down to the sea and then sailing on the sea. A brother from Hungary, Lajos Racz, shared a vision of the ship as a Roman Galleon man by many men with oars in hand rowing through the sea as to battle under the assistance of the wind in the sail.

Was the Lord’s ship.

Three men from Croatia next shared about the birth of the first 24/7 house of prayer and the prayer movement in Croatia.

Prayer for the men of Croatia brought mostly other men to pray, and then all the men in the assembly were called to the front for prayer. At this point, there was a sense of holiness and warfare as men from all the nations were called to repentance and radical holiness.

This produced both joy and weeping along with intense battle cries to be strong and fearless in the work of the Kingdom of God.

Interesting a new melody to sing the words Hallelujah - Hallelujah only broke out. The sound was like the one made by men rowing in cadence. This lasted for 45 minutes. The testimony to this new melody was that the tune could not be repeated two days later when tried. Again the time of shaking was seen to be the best time to sow seeds to bring forth Kingdom fruit.

A message regarding the human part in calling down the glory of God was addressed (attached file).

All delegates were called to the front if they took the call to welcome the presence of God and make that commitment together to open the door for the Lord to come through. No one resisted the call.

Day 3 November 26

The Day of Spiritual Battle

A perspective about the global prayer movement. We see in our times the fulfillment of Habakkuk 2:14 “For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.”

The video report of GDOP 2008 was presented. For over half an hour the delegated clapped hands honoring and worshiping the Lord for raising His watchman army (500 million) around the globe. The vision and the call for every single minister and local church to join the GDOP 2010, in every tribe, every nation, and every tongue, even in those ethnic groups without a written language, was released.

Levi Graudins from Latvia presented his nation seen as an example of the results of unity amongst the church bodies from large to small, and from all spectrums of church structure. The unity of the church is seen as having a great impact on all areas of the nation. Intercession and communion in the body of Christ can lead to the presence of the Holy Spirit in the life of the nation itself.

The representatives from Greece presented the spiritual condition of the nation along with the testimony of the effect of intercession in this nation still more rooted in pagan mythology than in the blessing to Greece of the New Testament written language and the establishment of many of the early churches. The darkness of the honoring of wisdom and philosophy from the mind of man and the pagan pantheon of demonic deities still worshipped in the land called forth a trumpet call cutting out the root of the pagan sources.

Reflecting on the Olympic Games just held in China, and having the previous Olympics in 2004 in Athens it was brought to the attention of the assembly that the next Olympics will be in the UK in 2012. In preparation for 2012, there are plans already made to build the world’s largest Islamic Mosques next to the Olympic village so that when international TV coverage covers the Olympics that image will be broadcast around the world. The Watchmen in the UK are already doing preemptive battle against the invasion of the enemy. It was proclaimed that out of Greece people will meet Jesus Christ and not pagan demonic forces.

The question was asked why Greece would be as it is today. This root of evil from Greek mythology still has a stronghold and has spread through the continent and was also brought to the establishment of the nations in North America. A call was received to go to Greece to the root of this source and to demolish the stronghold and break the power of the evil one over the Continent and the USA and Canada.

The Olympic piece was extended when the flags of Greece and the UK were held at opposite sides of the auditorium and the body of Christ was invited to intercede by holding back the demonic force from Greece through China and to England. A group of men then stood in front of the UK flag and linked arms tightly to form a symbolic spiritual shield against the demonic from entering the UK through the Olympic ‘opening’. When people come to the UK to the games it was declared they would meet Jesus Christ the King of Kings and not the demonic forces embedded in the games.

Next was the focus on the Middle East, in particular, Jordan and Iraq. This included praying for the persecuted Church and standing with her. One of the brothers, John, from Jordan, now living in Romania, reported on the stronghold of Islam. Salman, from Iraq, now living in Romania, shared his own testimony of personal persecution and the persecution of other brothers and sisters in Iraq. Many have lost their lives as martyrs but have remained faithful, even in death. Over this persecution, it was declared that the Lord God Almighty is the God over the Islamic world and the false god of Islam is not the Lord of the universe.

The next area for prayer and intercession was the Arabian Peninsula. A brother who ministers in the Peninsula reported on the status of the faith in the seven states. Obviously, there is great persecution but in the persecution, God is protecting the believers and there is boldness in proclaiming the faith. In particular, the church of Bahrain is being used by the Lord not only for the people of Bahrain but also for the Peninsula for it is a more open country where media can be viewed and distributed. A specific example of testimony is the Bible Book Shop in Bahrain.

A moving video testimony of a Muslim convert to Jesus, Fatima, was shown. The testimony was recorded as a poem and in reality, were her last words as she waited for execution by her own brother. Needless to say, this was very moving and emotional to most all in the assembly (attached file).

Concluding this time over the Middle East, we must say this was a very difficult period of time and spiritual battle. As a result of confronting the demonic forces behind Islam, many delegates experienced physical and mental attacks that night.

Following this segment concerning the Middle East, our attention was led to Israel. We were led in worship and dance by a local Messianic congregation. The pastor of the congregation taught from the Scripture the wonderful and marvelous Hebrew roots of the faith and belief of the Christians. It came forth that Israel is now the fig tree in blossom and is coming forth as prophesied.

This time was followed by a deep statement of faith about the beauty of life as a believer in the midst of extreme suffering. This was presented by a Daughter of Abraham living in Romania. This, then, lead to a time of prayer for protection of Israel. Specifically, preemptive prayer was called forth considering the looming conflict between Israel with Iran. Very specifically, prayer for the President of the United States, and for the Prime Minister of Israel that the will of God will be done through these people.

Day 4 November 27

The Day of Fellowship

The day started with prayer for the Romania Parliament and ended with a prayer of unity with the pastors of Romania. It was a day of fellowship.

Fifty-four delegates including the international delegates and some young Romania delegates visited the Palace of Parliament. It was seen as significant that this time of prayer precedes the Romanian national elections by three days. This building is the largest building by volume and square meters on the continent and is second only to the Pentagon building in Washington DC.

It is significant to note that the officials openly welcomed this prayer tour over the Parliament building, and special favor was received to enter one of the conference halls and pray as we were led by the Holy Spirit. This was highly unusual to have such favor and the Lord was honored in the seat of government in Romania. As a center of government associated with the oppression of the communist time, it was a means of breaking strongholds over the government and the people of Romania from what still lingers from that time.

There was a long time of Godly people clapping in the hall to drive away the enemy strongholds. It was declared from this place as well that the Lord Almighty would put in place a number of Cyrus who would have to do the will of the Lord even though they may not embrace a belief in the One who is sovereign over all nations and governments.

During this time phone contact was established with the remainder of the delegates who were praying from the location of the forum hall. They were the sending ones and were blessed to be partners in this intercession of fellowship over the land.

The second stop of the prayer tour was the headquarters of the Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church. The tour was welcomed warmly by the representative of the Patriarch. He shared the rich heritage of the beginnings of the Church in areas of ancient Romania. It is believed the Apostle Andrew carried the Good News to this land. There is a call from the Orthodox for spiritual renewal among the people of this Church. It was noted that approximately 86% of all Romanians belong to the Orthodox Church. A specific example of spiritual renewal is the ongoing dialogue led by Christian Churches in Romania. The Patriarch has put in place a ministry to children in each of the parishes using very sound Biblical material. During this prayer stop, contact was also maintained with the delegates and the forum hall. Following this stop, a dream was received that showed revival and reformation coming from within the Orthodox Church.

Next, everyone was reunited at the hall. The next session was given to sharing in small groups with the hope that the international delegates with the local delegates would share the good seeds of hope and faith. People shared true stories of testimony from 23 countries. This lasted for many groups, well past the period of two hours. It should be noted that this suggestion for the small groups, was initially the only hesitation within the leadership. But that hesitation melted as Holy Spirit lead during this time.

After dinner, Ioan shared the need for the Church to be healed from the spirit of judgment and division. With the President of the Biblical University present, (the Prayer Forum was held at the Biblical University) Ioan shared that division had arisen between them in the past. In preparation for the Global Day of Prayer 2008 in Bucharest, Ioan had to go to the president and repent for his part in that division. Conversely, the President also repented and the two brothers were brought back into biblical unity. Had this reconciliation not taken place, the fellowship would have remained broken and this event would not have been held at the Biblical University. In front of the delegates assembled, the two embraced demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit to bring unity from division and reconciliation rather than judgment (attached file).

During this time of ministry, it was announced that during this day, a Romanian pastor and the president of the university made an agreement for 24/7 House of Prayer to be established at the Biblical University.

Following this announcement, the Romanian pastors were called to the front of the assembly to demonstrate and declare their unity as shepherds in the various Romanian churches. A testimony to the power of this is that upon inquiring, it is unlikely that this demonstration of unity would have taken place even three years ago.

Following this demonstration of unity, the young people were called to the front and proclaimed the fire of revival being experienced by young people on the Continent.

The Joshua Generation grew in the grace and intimate knowledge of the Lord, pressing on in their calling in these last days. The Spirit of the Lord is upon them, and the holy fire of the Lord burn in their hearts as He continues to perfect the things concerning them for His end-time plans and purposes, i.e., making them His co-laborers to establish/proclaim His Kingdom to come upon the earth as in heaven.

A dramatic demonstration of this was the testimony of one of the Romanian young girl who after coming to Christ, wanted to demonstrate that outwardly in baptism. She was resisted greatly by her family in pursuing this. However, the Lord proved faithful to her and she received baptism by immersion that night in the campus church. Before her baptism, there was testimony that God used her testimony to bring rededication and salvation to other young people that night.

Following the baptism, but still in the church, a young man came asking that he could be blessed with a pure blessing from the present ministers because the two pastors that he knew and received baptism from, were corrupted by adultery.

These events and the presence of the young people at the forum in large numbers, particularly the Romanian young people, were seen as signs that God is not only calling back but also giving back the rightful dignity of all who are under Almighty God. What has been taken away at the hand of oppressive dictatorship, The Lord is restoring.

Day 5 November 28

A day of Surprise and Challenge.

In the morning there was a time in the presence of the Lord. Deep joy-many tears of joy. Much ground had been ploughed, and as hearts were rendered before the Lord new seeds could be planted. It was not a light time, but perhaps like approaching the Holy of Holies.

During the time of worship came the word that the day was a day of surprise. The first surprise was that even though communion was prepared for we partook of the elements next rather than at the end of the convocation as ‘planned’.

Following communion, there was another emphasis that added to the Body of Christ each hour are approximately 6000 new believers. As the world is being shaken the seeds of the Good News have matured into harvest. The time of harvest is now.

Next, there was a recognition that the EU agreement with Israel is up for renewal next year, and the next year the leadership of the EU is given to the Czech Republic. Intercession for a favorable agreement was called forth and intercession for the Czech Republic as well (attached file).

While considering the EU structure and the structure of individual national governments Ioan Peia shared a revelation concerning why we must pray for the government structure and the very name given to the continent. It is this understanding from God that name of our Continent is not the God-given name for this part of the world. He then shared the Greek mythology background to the use of this name and the statue at the EU headquarters that honors this event of abuse, seduction, and rape. Ioan shared that the Lord spoke that the true name of the continent is Beulah or married to God. Reference Isaiah 62:4 concerning this designation.

As this word was received it became increasingly clear that there is a need for the cleansing of the Church, the Body of Christ, and that this is God’s will for all.

Pastor Chai from Korea shared a testimony of the powerful work of prayer. While pastoring in Korea he was challenged by his pastor to increase the ministry to young people by adding 10,000 new young people to the congregation. His testimony is how he would pray from 4 am to 7 am for this increase. He and a team of others worked then each day toward this goal. The goal was reached. He shared that during this work he was never physically weary as God sustained him. Pastor Chai is now a pastor in Bucharest, Romania.

Sewing the seed of the Good News in times of shaking comes by prayer and sacrifice not by planning. We must speak out the Good News and be the Good News to all.

We began by seeing the word of God in sewing seeds of righteousness. Ian Cole began the time of closing by reading Matthew 13:1-23 concerning the seed and the soil.

He who has an ear let him hear!!!

Isaiah 60:18 “Violence shall no more be heard in your land, devastation or destruction within your borders; you shall call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise.”

This verse was proclaimed by all!

The final greeting of all was: “Our God is great!!!”
