PRAYER FOR THE PEACE OF EUROPE

EUROPEAN PRAYER SUMMIT

January 27-29, 2023

Bucharest, Romania

We would like to invite you to participate at the European Prayer Summit in Bucharest, Romania from 27 to 29 January 2023. We also request your endorsement for this gathering.

This will be a time of prayer, when we will listen to the Lord together and hear what He would have us do on behalf of the Body of Christ in Europe. We believe He will bring healing and transformation to our continent as we connect and pray for our nations together.

It is painfully obvious that our Continent is in desperate need of God’s mercy and grace. God is clearly shaking everything that can be shaken, and it is time to once again bring together brothers and sisters from across this continent to pray together, learn from each other, and to encourage and build one another up. We hope that a significant number of World Prayer Leaders will join in and participate.

Believing that "with God all things are possible", this prayer summit will be an internationally coordinated, united prayer effort for the holistic transformation of the Continent and the nations that are contained in it. It is holistic in that informed prayer is focused on Continent-wide and national needs, across social, political, economic, and spiritual realms. Those needs may be ethnic conflict, war, political oppression, economic corruption, exploitation of the poor, religious persecution, or the need for spiritual renewal due to laxness or division in the church.

As people come together to seek the Lord for their nations, He promises to bring healing, forgiveness, and restoration. (2 Chronicles 7:14; Isaiah 41:17-20; Ezekiel 36-37; Revelation 22:1-3).

This summit is open to all Prayer Leaders of our Continent, especially our younger Prayer Leaders. For those who may not be able to attend, we will gladly receive your nomination for another person to come in your place.

Please arrange to arrive in Bucharest on Thursday, January 26, 2023, by morning or early afternoon. Plan to leave after lunch on Sunday, January 29, 2023. Please make your arrangements for travel as soon as possible. If you travel by air, a shuttle is available from Otopeni International Airport to the Crown Plaza Hotel in Bucharest. UBER is also available.

Each participant must register for the European Prayer Summit through Eventbrite. Do that first!

If you want to stay at the host hotel (the Bucharest Crowne Plaza Hotel), we have a block of rooms available for our group at a flat rate. Each person must make their own reservations using the following link: Crowne Plaza Hotel special group rates (If you desire to share a room with another participant, please make your arrangements with them individually.)
